Delivery Process
At NEED IT WANT IT BUY IT we take serious care in packing for delivery, all purchases are packed for your purchase to arrive undamaged and on time. All orders will be shipped within 24hrs during business hours with the exception of weekends, public holidays or Mondays. In most cases orders may be sent same day. Orders placed with direct deposit will be sent once funds arrive in our account. Orders are processed Monday to Friday ex public holidays. NEED IT WANT IT BUY IT will contact you via email or phone if there are any delays known or expected. We also send progress emails, when you receive the email "Shipped" your order is on the way. this email will also have a tracking number for your convenience.
If your purchase is a gift your Tax Invoice will be email to you and we will only include a "Packing Slip" with the goods. Billing details for the Tax Invoice and the recipient's Details for Shipping. Please make sure you advise that your purchase is a gift.
Aramex Australia (formerly Fastway) Couriers is also available for shipping, however not available at checkout. We may use Aramex instead of Australia Post from time to time at our discretion. You may request Aramex, however charges may apply. Please email info@needitwantitbuyit.com.au
